All electrical including older type main panels and Federal Pacific type, knob and tube, and older cloth type wiring and services.
Older plumbing and water services fully inspected such as steel type, cast iron drains, and terracotta pipes. Water pressure of interior pipes such as older galvanized type is also tested.
These inspections are a part of our Home Inspection Services which include:
