We offer a full inspection from foundation to rooftop! All basement walls, from double brick, to stone, or older cinder block type; including Yankee basements and crawl spaces.

All floors, walls, and stairwell framing from basement to attic are thoroughly inspected. 

All electrical including older type main panels and Federal Pacific type, knob and tube, and older cloth type wiring and services.

Older plumbing and water services fully inspected such as steel type, cast iron drains, and terracotta pipes. Water pressure of interior pipes such as older galvanized type is also tested.
